Making Sense of Quantum Science at National College of Art & Design (NCAD)

May 26

“Making Sense of Quantum: Science, Art and the Public Imagination| at the National College of Art & Design as part of Dublin Tech Week.

The IrelandQCI Quantum & Answers Trailer exhibited during this thoughtful, engaged and interdisciplinary discussion exploring how quantum technologies are communicated, interpreted, questioned, and ultimately integrated into society.

It was fantastic to see so many people continue discussions around quantum long after the panel had ended.

Panel speakers:
Harun Šiljak, Trinity College Dublin School of Engineering
Radek Przedpełski, PhD (he/his) Trinity College Dublin
Nadia J. Armstrong, National College of Art & Design
John Goold, School of Physics, Trinity College Dublin

We were also delighted to showcase Nadia J. Armstrong’s artwork alongside the IrelandQCI Quantum and Answers trailer, helping to open up new ways of engaging with quantum research beyond traditional scientific spaces.
